This is the ‘Fall Hard, Bounce High’ business podcast where I, Michelle Knight, share the highs and lows from the businesses I have run - from my greatest successes to the most breathtaking failures - all with the aim of helping you avoid the same clangers!

I’ll be revealing the disasters I’ve worked through and share the lessons I’ve learned.

I’m here too to normalise conversations around failure and the impact it can have on your mental heath.

While it is widely acknowledged that no really successful business owner reaches the top without making a few mistakes along the way, it is often glamourised as a rite of passage whereas the reality of it can really knock you sideways.

Yet with proper support in place failures can work as stepping stones to success and This podcast will show you that every painful blunder can also be an opportunity to bounce back higher.

Michelle Knight is a Business and Marketing Strategist with 18 years’ experience of running businesses and working with entrepreneurs to identify and fill in the gaps in their business and marketing strategies.

With a passion for business systems, processes and automation, Michelle helps ambitious but overwhelmed business owners get their time and freedom back - something she achieved in her own business - allowing her to go back to university in 2018 to gain a BSc degree in Viticulture and Oenology (grape growing and winemaking!) whilst still taking a very healthy passive income from her business.

When Michelle isn’t chatting business, you’ll find her learning a new skill via an online course.

Michelle lives with her husband, two children and two dogs in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex, where she enjoys hikes along the South Downs, swimming in the sea and cooking special meals for friends and family.
